All of my ceramic glazes are lead-free, food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher safe. My current work is all made using a mid-range clay and glaze in an electric kiln.
Catherine Rich is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated in 2015 with a BFA in Ceramics at Kennesaw State University. Catherine’s grandmother, who is a talented designer, inspired and influenced her throughout childhood and still does today. It was her grandmother who encouraged her to enter her first competition art show where she ended up winning first place. At an early age she began to fall in love with creating art and started taking drawing and painting classes at her church. Later on in high school, Catherine was introduced to visual journals. Her journals were what caught her art teachers’ eye, specifically her ceramics teacher, who then guided and encouraged her to continue in art. Currently, you can find her actively selling her work at art festivals.
